Just a suggetion for Reece Apr 11, Many counties have a food bank to help make up the difference that food stamps don't cover. As for Phone bill contact your state utility regulatory commission on lower monthly phone service or installation(Lifeline/Link-up) .In the state I live in our unemployment offices have a program call work force improvment act, helps pay for gas to/from work & to look for work, car repairs, clothing, rent, car insurance, some utility bills, furthering your education,& resources to find a job. They have been a great help to me.I was unemployed for two years after being layed off after ten years.I now have a great job Thanks to their help!! I hope this helps. I do know how you feel.
